From the founder
i turned pro as a mountain-bike racer at sixteen and spent years around athletes, coaches, and people constantly pushing themselves to improve. later, as a coach, i saw how much the environment around someone could shape the way they learned, performed, and connected with others.
finally, through nursing school and working as an EMT, i started seeing that same drive in a completely different setting: women balancing demanding careers, education, long shifts, families, training, and goals that had nothing to do with a podium.
it made the idea of performance feel much bigger than sport. performance can happen on a bike, in a hospital, in a classroom, at work, in the mountains, or while building something entirely your own. but many of the brands built around performance still seem to represent a surprisingly narrow version of it.
Valori started with the belief that there is room to build something broader, not by deciding what women want, but by listening, learning, and building alongside the women who become part of it.
